As the saying goes, united we bargain, divided we beg. 

Workers everywhere deserve a voice at work and the ability, alongside their coworkers, to negotiate for the things they care about, including higher wages, benefits, and improved working conditions. Our organizing team assists our affiliate unions in their organizing, contract, and accountability campaigns. Through training, coaching, and other educational programs, our team works to equip all Philadelphia workers with the tools to build power in their workplaces.
